EMPOWER
The Pearls to Pumps program seeks to empower disadvantaged women, in Williamson County, re-enter and advance in the workplace. Pearls to Pumps assists with the provision of professional work attire as well as educational and job search resources.
ENRICH
The Pearls of Excellence Foundation, Incorporated annually awards a scholarship to an African American woman who resides in Williamson County, Texas. Enriching the life of a new graduate, the scholarship will support her post-secondary education upon acceptance and enrollment at an accredited four-year college/university in the United States.
ELEVATE
The Black Owned Sellers Spotlight (BOSS) elevates and encourages minorities to start and sustain their own businesses helping to break a cycle of inequity and boost the local economy. BOSS executes programs to aid, counsel, assist, and protect the interests of Black-owned businesses serving Williamson County, Texas.
